eBay has broken the Summary page on Chrome (AGAIN).

This just started within the last few days. I have logged out and back in, deleted cache and cookies, but to no avail.

Here is what I see in Microsoft Edge. Note the "Delete item" link,  the "Add Note" link, and the positioning of the time left, price etc.

Now here is what I see in Chrome. The Delete Item link is gone, as is the Add Note link, and all the information is jammed in the left column with a bunch of white space to the right. It's horrible!

In Chrome my Summary page Watch List section looks just like your Firefox image. Columns aligned, delete item link and "add note" at the bottom of the row. I am using the latest version of Chrome on a Windows 10 machine.

It might be worth checking to see if you have the latest version of Chrome; sometimes a deferred update can cause issues:

You said you deleted cache and cookies; if you have not already done so, try manually deleting just your eBay cookies, and then clear your browser cache using the "for all time" option. Clearing all cookies may not work if a cookie is corrupt or blocked, and the default cache clear may only clear recent cache files.
