eBay sometimes displays incorrect feedback score

For the past few months, I've noticed that occasionally, eBay pages that load my total feedback score (the actual number, not the percentage) will display an older, incorrect value.

As of posting, my feedback score is 1680, and occasionally when loading pages in My eBay, it will show as 1573. This has been happening since I got above 1600, or around then. Reloading the page (usually) fixes it to show the correct score. This can even happen when viewing my feedback.

The "correct" score continues increasing as expected, but the "false" score stays at 1573. I can't imagine why this happens, as I've even completely cleared my browser cache since it started happening. It's not exactly a problem, since it seems to be purely a display issue, but it's a little annoying. Has anyone else experienced this, especially over the past couple of months?

I have noticed the same thing.  Some days the numbers matched in the FB profile page and listings and other days they were off.  Last week they were off.  I finally contacted the Ebay for Business FB page and they responded quickly.  Asked me a couple questions, although I think they were baffled as well.  All I know is that after that, I have not had any discrepancies.  At least not so far.  You might try that if you haven't already.

Mine keeps doing that too.Normally refreshing page corrects it but still odd.

What version of Edge/Internet explorer/Chrome are you using ??

You need to have cache files emptied on exit of the browser (advanced setting)

This is so that it updates every time you log on, not from Cache settings.

I am having the same issues, among others recently. My feedback score is lower on my main page, but 28 higher in the details feedback section.

Also, the business policies keeps adding random policies that I have not made!

I'm a collector and every single time I log into eBay, its says that I have 964 Feedback Points. But in reality, I actually have 973. I called eBay Customer Service and she could only see that my Feedback Score was 973. She did not see 964 even though that pops up every time I sign in.

Use a different browser and if the problem does not replicate, go back to your original browser and clear the cookies @mrducks_mrnotosar80670244 .
