eBay errors buyers can’t message or pay

eBay is having major problems in all areas, buyers can’t pay winning suctions, messaging not working , can’t updat photos in listings , errors in every aspect!! Whats going on?

It's what I said in one of my first posts here at the beginning of the year ... eBay seems to be imploding in 2019.

eBay needs a change of Leadership, or like the Titanic, the Ship will follow the Leader into an iceberg.

Horrible, what a waste of a day for the buyers and sellers. Lack of communication is deplorable.

Customers cannot purchase anything it seems like a DNS attack!

...this problem is not limited to the U.S. site either.  I am seeing posts from buyers on the EU sites as well.
