eBay app not printing labels?

As of the last few days, the eBay app on my Android phone will no longer allow me to print the labels. I tried clearing data and uninstalling then reinstalling and checked for updates with no luck. These are not international sales or even sales to Puerto Rico, the labels would be printed with United States addresses. I am able to go to the desktop site and print them from there but I've been printing labels for years and usually use the eBay app. Anyone else experience this issue, especially in the last few days?

The Ebay app has always been a problem. To fix the problem you should not use your phone, use a lap top or desk top computer. That will remove a lot of unnecessary stress!!!!

I am having the same (or a similar problem).  Starting maybe a week ago, I can  no longer purchase labels from the app.  I'm using a Samsung S10.  It has always worked well except for (a) multi-orders and (b) global shipping program orders which give a message that you must use the web interface.  Now, regular single-item orders have a glitch.  It either takes me back to the home screen when I try to edit the label settings, or the app crashes.  Is there an ETA on a fix?

I've been having this problem for a couple of months. My PC is down and I have to either borrow my husband's or uninstall the app and get on eBay via Chrome on my phone. It's utterly loony and irritating. I would love to just forget the app entirely but for me at least trying to use eBay on my S21 with a browser is maddening. Yeah get a new computer, you're preaching to the choir.  When I can I surely will... meanwhile it would be great if the app was fully functional
