I have multiple sports card listings with Choose Card as the attribute and then Variations of up to 250 different cards from one set. Today when trying to add to an existing listing( problem occurs on all of my listings with variations) I press add combination and the normal drop down box that allows me to choose a variation to add, simply shows the number 1. Typically I see all of the variations which I have not yet added to the listing(ones I haven’t listed yet). Trying this from desktop site on apple iOS. Any suggestions?

I did call CS and they said they would let their tech people know and that I would get a response from them in 48 hours. Its been about 24 hours and I haven't heard from them yet and I am still experiencing the same problem.

Does this on all of my Bulk listings, even ones that have been up for 6+ months with no issues. I’ve tried multiple browsers on PC/mobile and all the same. Seems to correlate time-wise with the glitch yesterday with photos saying they were invalid. Stinks, cannot add to my inventory and killing my sales. Someone from @eBay able to help????!

I doubt there is anyone that can directly do anything that we could talk to.
Its up to the site techs to fix/undo/repair whatever they busted.

No need to talk to anyone- but would love for eBay to acknowledge the issue and let me know “they are working on a fix”

I'm have the same issue on all my listings with variations. Here is a screen shot of what it looks like. I can not add new combinations. I have also tried other browsers and phone. Always does the same thing. eBay please fix this.

Yup- in the same boat… Let me know what they come back with. I haven’t built up the patience to call, hopefully it’s addressed soon

Same issue here. I really hope they fix this soon. I've got a pretty big product order in and need to add/update variations.

The did reach out to me this morning and said "the issue is resolved for few customers." but I'm still having the same issue and let them know that. Still waiting...
