I have multiple sports card listings with Choose Card as the attribute and then Variations of up to 250 different cards from one set. Today when trying to add to an existing listing( problem occurs on all of my listings with variations) I press add combination and the normal drop down box that allows me to choose a variation to add, simply shows the number 1. Typically I see all of the variations which I have not yet added to the listing(ones I haven’t listed yet). Trying this from desktop site on apple iOS. Any suggestions?

Same for me. The only way around it currently is to add new variations and select the 'automatically add' option. The new variations get added... but so do all other variations that may be old and you didn't want added. You then have to remove those manually... just look for all Variation Combinations line items without a price and delete them. Now, if you have a large number of variations with lots of pictures, this likely won't work. The page will freeze and you'll have to start over (longstanding bug)... in which case the only workaround is to go delete all variations that you no longer have listed first, then add your new variations, then select 'automatically add'. Fun times...

They got back to me this morning with a "polite" reply but gave me no real information or indication of when this problem will be fixed. I would recommend anyone having the issue to contact customer support, maybe more of us contacting them will put the pressure on... maybe.

I also encountered this problem. I am not sure how widespread this problem is. I hope the technical department can fix this bug as soon as possible.🤧

Same for me for a week now. I've been calling them daily, they are aware of the problem but no timescale for fixing being given! Does anyone know if Ebay ever offer some kind of compensation, I have stock mounting up to be listed so it's having a knock on my sales!

I have the same issue for over a week now, and they first said will take a 24 hours to fix, than they said will take 3 days, than i contacted ebay again they said could be from 10-14 business days. It is absolutely ridiculous how long its taking them to resolve this issue. Im also loosing sales because im not able to add sizes and its piling up.

I called customer service too 10/3 and they said they'd link my issue to another similar issue that was reported 2 days prior, and they said they have a policy to resolve technical issues within 72hrs, but it's been a week now. They said they'd contact me when it was resolved but I got no emails documenting the conversation for reference. I'm going to call tomorrow and prob suggest everyone to call everyday to create a critical mass of complaints since they probably prioritize issues based on some kind of criteria like that.
