Hi, I have been selling using variations on ebay for years. Since last
evening I am not able to add new combinations on my current eBay
listings. I contacted CS and was told they will check into it and let me
know in 48 hours. Anyone else having this...
They got back to me this morning with a "polite" reply but gave me no
real information or indication of when this problem will be fixed. I
would recommend anyone having the issue to contact customer support,
maybe more of us contacting them will put ...
The did reach out to me this morning and said "the issue is resolved for
few customers." but I'm still having the same issue and let them know
that. Still waiting...
I did call CS and they said they would let their tech people know and
that I would get a response from them in 48 hours. Its been about 24
hours and I haven't heard from them yet and I am still experiencing the
same problem.
I'm have the same issue on all my listings with variations. Here is a
screen shot of what it looks like. I can not add new combinations. I
have also tried other browsers and phone. Always does the same thing.
eBay please fix this.
