I sent an offer to a seller and they countered. I clicked to accept the counteroffer and I get a message that says: "Sorry, we are experiencing a technical problem".
When is this expected to be resolved? I don't want to miss this offer.
Please advise.

"Sorry, we are experiencing a technical problem" can happen for multiple valid reasons. If I have the item id I can look more into the cause of the issue.

Sometimes eBay's bots automatically block you as a bidder if they determine that your activity is outside a normal pattern. If you call customer service and go through a verification process, you can usually get it lifted. Has nothing to do with technical issues, and it's maddening as hell when you are trying to do business on the site.
