eBay Open Survey

It is half an hour past and I still do not have the survey email from eBay Open. I did check my spam folder. How do I get my link?

It will be sent out sometime today or tomorrow. They didn’t give a timeline otherwise.

On the reception page, it was written it would be sent out around 2 pm Pacific. I thought it was also verbally said at the last session. I got the reminders, last year I did not get the survey, so I am a little concerned.

I got it about an hour and a half ago. Look for an email titled "Your chance at eBay Open Swag" sent by eBay using the email: no-reply@events.ringcentral.com

I would give you the link, except it has a ton of letters and numbers which tells me it's specific to each user so I don't think you could use mine. The alphanumeric code is integrated into the URL - it's not like typical tracking garbage at the end I can just lop off.

Make sure you're checking the email account you used to register for the event, and check that account's spam folder.

Mine showed up just before 4pm Central time although I just noticed it now; but the swag is 'random' so not first come first served 🙂 .

No, I did not. The same thing happened last time. Very annoying.

It looks like all the emails about the event came from that email address. I am not sure why the survey email never seems to come through. Super frustrating.

I even searched that email address in my emails. I got the announcement emails, but not the survey.
