It is half an hour past and I still do not have the survey email from eBay Open. I did check my spam folder. How do I get my link?

Hi  kayomi@ebay.  I sent the email to sellerevents@ebay.com two days ago, as you suggested.  I still haven't received a link for the survey. By now I assume all of us that never received the survey are out of luck with winning any event swag. Is there some technical issue at eBay that caused surveys not to go out this year? Maybe in the future this should be handled differently?

I attended the Open and never received a survey link, either. I even checked my spam folder. Nothing. I did get one last year (after attending). Weird!
