Am I the only one having trouble with eBay customer service like the chat will start at 8:11am and it goes until 9 am just for 1 review that they need to check if they can remove it for you or not .

Instead of wasting time with customer service use the feedback removal tool. Request to Remove Feedback

The feedback may or may not be removed but you get an answer either way.
