For the past week, I noticed eBay Bucks is missing. Usually hoovering over My eBay, eBay Bucks would show on the bottom of the text box but it's no longer there. Going into my account, on the left side where it stats eBay Bucks under the Buy cateogry, clicking that just takes me back to all my purchases, Summaries. Clearing cookies/cache does not fix the issue.
Going to any item listing for purchase, it does show I will earn eBay Bucks for my purchase however. What happened to eBay Bucks?

Tyler - I dont know what your internal problems are - I called to report this over 4 days ago.
there seem to be communication problems in your company as it should go on an alert board for all reps to see- I explained to the rep that despite the fact that she may be able to see from her screen - Our screens are different - Mine is either missing from my pseudo Selling Mgr Pro page - ie non selling manager/ not seller hub but I am paying for S M Pro and is visible only from unsold pull down - T L click on Ebay bucks - dead link or if I look in inside Classic which is still lingering > dead link
any other creative way I found the title > dead link - You all really need a better direct line to the Tech dept and people that actually dialogue with you on serious matters like this and get the job done asap.
Mine hasnt shown for months I dont think, certainly not under Ebay TR near Messages where it used to be with an icon. Problem for sellers is A. we dont know the accrual, B we cant use if we dont know the amount and c we run the risk of losing due to the site wide problems and not knowing when they would expire- I think Ebay needs to restore these immediately and give every buyer affected an additional 90 days to use. When the promo came I wasnt able to use as there have been so many other problems affecting my sales I was hesitant to buy and it wouldn't have recorded anywhere !!
As a company you lose money when people cant use their Ebay bucks as more sales would occur and I dare say buyers would spend beyond their Bucks credit so it incentive !
The real problem is over zealous redesigning of website and premature release without remembering to include all the key components. There are currently 3 different web page formats
and at this point I would have thought at miniumum Classic would have been retired. Selling Mgr Pro is much better for antique dealers with one of a kind items and much easier to use than SH so I am hanging on to it as long as I can and paying $15.95 a month for the priviledge of keeping my sanity!
Please get the Ebay bucks fixed - this really is a big disappointment around the other myriad of challenges and malfunctions currently to the platform which are affecting our SALES Big Time !

Hi Tyler-
I am also having the same issue; my eBay Bucks page won't display. Instead, I am redirected to my Seller Hub page.
I contacted eBay and was transferred to a technical person, who was not aware of any issue, so it must be an issue on my end. We cleared my cookies and cache, but links to the eBay Bucks page still redirected to my Seller Hub page. I also tried 2 different browsers with the same result.
I spent nearly an hour on the phone trying all sorts of different things that all resulted in displaying my Seller Hub.
I am able to access the eBay Bucks page using the .CA site.
I am interested in progress reports on this issue, so please update this thread with reports of progress.

The ebay bucks certificate won't be issued until July 3 for purchases made in April-May-June, so there is no "losing" them now since we are still in the accrual period.

I have the same problem if I am using the browser "chrome". If I am using "internet explorer", I am then able to view my ebay bucks. I believe it has something to do with what browser you are using.

That shouldn't happen. eBay sends a message & e-mail with a code each time they are issued so if you received and saved the message in your eBay messages and/or in your e-mail you could have referenced the code there.
Even if you didn't save the message (or never received it), the Bucks show on the checkout page when they're issued, you just need to check the box to apply them towards your payment.

It seems whenever there is a "glitch" it ends up being a feature or benefit that ends up being eliminated.

eBay has done away with the $5 minimum to earn an eBay bucks certificate, so if you made any eligible purchases, you should have received something on April 3rd, and you would have had until the end of that month to use it.

I was experiencing a site issue and contacted customer support last week. I was directed to go onto ebay.ca, which worked just fine.
Guess the solution is for everyone to log onto ebay.ca, for a temporary fix to some problems.

That really says a lot about thier IT department. I wonder if I go to the eBay.ca I will find my watchers and view counts and a host of other things that don't work.
yes, my frustration with the glitches is getting old.
