eBay App Search Results Different than Website

On the eBay App, we are noticing that the search results are different than the website when using keyword searches. What is also strange is that very expensive items of other sellers show up on the list, but our cheapest items show up--and we are the largest retailer on eBay for what we sell! 

Does anyone know what could be skewing eBay App results in general regarding keywords, and are there any suggestions for what could be done to impact how eBay pulls data for what items to populate search results?

We are utterly baffled and feel like eBay is suppressing our inventory.

In the likely event that anything shown on the app is identical to the desktop site, it will probably be remedied in the near future.

What are you searching for and how are you searching, exactly?

Are you using the same saved search on both devices?

Things that can cause differences in results: different search parameters, different sort orders, different accounts, different shipping locations, locked filter settings in the app, and some slight differences in programming that can affect certain specific search features.

If you provide a link to your desktop search, others can try the same search, note the number of results, save the search, then try the exact same search using the app and see if there are any differences.

The search is having big issues today, some of my searches are bringing back zero results until the 2nd or 3rd refreshed page.
