Several attempts to send a query to eBAY for help with copy to my email address have not gone through/ I do not receive the copy message in my inbox and there is no record of the message in my eBay message box either. Has been going on for a couple of months. Queries to vendors go through so it looks like eBAY does not want to respond to direct queries.
