It works for me. When you first see Offer Received" you need to click on the right side box where it says "View offer details".
When that opens up you should see a "Review Offer" box that shows the options of Accept Offer, Make Counter offer, and Decline Offer.
Click on Decline Offer. Then go back to your home page. You can now delete the offer. Offers can only be deleted this way unless you let the time run out that the offer is good for.
