Won't allow me to post feedback.

Feedback somment section pre-populated with sample feedback and won't allow me to delete and post my comments

That is not actually a real feedback comment, just a suggestion or hint.

You should be able to enter a comment by putting your cursor in the comment field, clicking, and then typing or pasting in a comment. Just ignore the hint that eBay displays; it should disappear when you start to enter a new comment.
