changes to the website design make it worse

Why has eBay now introduced a new window when I click on My Watchlist. Before it would go straight to the list but now it comes up with a panel of some items, but I have to then click ALL to see the list - what is the point of that???? It's worse. Also, it is now impossible to track to eBay unless you have a problem that is listed in their categories for help and then only after seeing all the help words which usually do not solve the query I have. The website is becoming quite un-friendly to use.

That is not new, nor is it a link to your Watch List. It is just a subset of your Watch List.

The link to your Watch List is still located under the My eBay heading, and points here if you are on the UK site:

Re: changes to the website design make it worse

Thank you. Yes, I see now. It just seemed like the behaviour of the website was different. The other point is that I need to contact eBay about a seller who still hasn’t shipped my order after 6 months, but there seems no way to do this. The only way to get to a point where eBay will call you or you can actually message them is if you have one of the defined problems in the help centre. As I am beyond the 30 day guarantee period I cannot get to a screen that lets me talk to eBay. Do you know a way to achieve this?

best regards

Chris

You have waited too long for help from eBay.

Check with your credit card issuer to see if you have any recourse at this point.
