I am having the same issue! I am unable print invoices or buy shipping labels. I had to go use my cell phone app to buy the label. Then I went to the orders tab under shipping labels and had to print from there. I still couldn't print an invoice to go with their item. Going on 2 days now.... So frustrating!

Go to Seller Hub

scroll down to 'Selling Tools'

click on 'View My Ebay Selling'.. will take you to old school page, can ship each order from there.

They work me for fine, but awhile back they made changes and labels no longer worked on my older XP PC in older versions of FF so I had to use a newer Google browser. Ironically they seemed to fix it now so my older FF browser now works again with a new page layout.

Just got done contacting eBay for a second time about this issue. I was told it is their issue (duh), and to try again in an hour or so, as they are checking into this (again). I have contacted the buyer to inform her of the problem, but still afraid I'll end up getting negative feedback. We'll see if they get this resolved...

Hi Everyone

Today I wanted to print USPS label for an order. So I am doing Ebay shipping clicked on pay now on Paypal screen and I got an error and no label. I checked on paypal site and I was charged for a label. I checked on Ebay shipping and no label was generated. This is first time so Ebay is having a glitch. What to do? I can't void since Ebay shipping is not showing a label. I can't void on paypal because Paypal is saying talk to Ebay. I got 12,000 labels under my belt and this is a first.

To avoid this eBay glitch, you can purchase your label directly from PayPal.

I feel your pain, I've been selling for years and never had any of these issues. I had to print 38 labels yesterday. I spent 5 hours to only get 6 labels printed off. I got that same message over and over again. Tried to buy a few things and can't pay for purchases either. PayPal is just as bad, I keep getting a message that my login info is incorrect. Reset password, was able to log in, then an hour later same thing.
