Customer purchased two items, and checked out through PayPal, combining the two in one invoice, without letting me know first. PayPal charged him for shipping twice. I was not able to create any label from the eBay app, and only one label from the PayPal app using combined shipping. Package was delayed for that reason, i had to get to a computer, and not from my phone. eBay counts it against me in my performance, buyer gets shafted, he paid for two shipments, and got one instead. No one is happy. Simplest way to fix, is fix the app, but how do you even start talking to eBay about such issues? I am new to selling on eBay, only about a year, so any suggestions?
