Dear ebayer,
During covid-19 period our shipping time is heavily obstructed as buyer open cases directly easily for non-receiving.... and so let to our performance bad and now we are under selling limits as zero .....
Can we ask for waving the count of cases during covid-19 ? as the shippment delay we cannot control but somehow the buyers will not take considerastion and just open case to us.... we r quiet innocent and we cannot sell anymore now..
So can ebay help my account get relief ? or say can lift-up the selling to us even say at very small amount and quantity ? at least we can hv chance keep selling and ebay can gain transaction fee ......
