tracking

hi there the last 6-8 parcels i sent out did not update tracking and i have been in contact with buyers and they recieved them even tracking shows nothing than tracking number provided i asked customer service many times to check up on your tracking systems for errors but nothing happens about this issue it startet beck from here 1 month ago and normal it works perfect as you can see on my parcels i sent out so i ask again please check up on it its in your system there is errors 🙂
