Use your phone eBay app if you have it. Start your label there.  Now go back to desktop and reprint the label. Should work.

Same here. After reading this post here that mentions 1 in every attempt will work I just kept trying over and over again and after about 20 or 30 attempts I finally was able to print a shipping label.

I have the same issue of label purchased, but no label can be printed. A label charge went through to PayPal, but no info that makes me able to print it - like address, just tracking number. No evidence on this side that one was purchased. Ugh!

I got the same error through eBay, so I just did all of my shipping directly through PayPal, worked just fine and got the same discount. It even loaded the tracking info to eBay. You can also do bulk shipping through PayPal. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Same here. Checked our Paypal account and have been charged twice! Had to use print labels in bulk for it to finally work.

at 1st I got a message that the page could not be found. After refreshing several times I got the purchase page. When I tries to purchase the label I got a error message with a exclamation point but no explanation about the error. I checked the shipping label page and PayPal there was no record of a label being bought. So I tried to click purchase again but the same thing happened.

I was able to purchase a label through PayPal but had to first fill out the correct shipping service and weight. After I bought the label through PayPal on eBays end the tracking number automatically updated and did not need to be manually added.

Just ship thru Paypal! It even adds the tracking # immediately so u don't have to bother with that! Easy.
