When did eBay change site preferences allowing buyers to get carrier
discounts?My setting changed to YES without my knowledge.Under shipping
area it said yes allow carrier discount.I changed it back to NO. Please
advise. TY
Not a good time to make changes! Listing format, photo upload etc
changes that we are not use to seeing. So many trying to list/sell
things are having issues.
