Zip Code Invalid/Wrong

When trying to update my address on the eBay app and on the website I get the error that my zip code is invalid or wrong. Full context my neighborhood is new so my address is new. Assume there is something wrong on eBay’s end validating my address. With that being said I have not had issues with other sites validating my address. 
I have contacted eBay support twice and been promised $20 credits for the inconvenience but I can’t buy anything because my shipping address can’t be updated. Also have not received those credits. At this point eBay has taken no action to address this issue. Anyone else have this issue?

Go see what the current official format is for your address:

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I tried that. Even copied and pasted from USPS site and it still didn’t work.

That is odd as ebay uses the USPS database for checking.

Try checking your address here:

Also, do not copy and paste.  Clear the fields out manually, and then manually type in the information again and only put in your five digit Zip Code.

If still a problem, is your Zip Code associated with more than one city or town?

Thanks for the link.  Checked my address and it was correct on that site. Manually typed my address and still getting the error. Tested other addresses on my street and they have the same issue. Tried other addresses not in my neighborhood using the same zip code and didn't get the error.

It is not unusual to have this problem if the USPS database hasn't been updated, but apparently it has if your address shows correctly there.  The only other time this sometimes happens is if the Zip Code is shared by another town, and your town isn't at the top of the list.

Suggest you contact ebay on media by private message, where the reps are higher up the chain with more knowledge and capability to fix things.
