Can't list, add bank account loop.

For over 3 weeks now I have been unable to list any items or revise current listings. I get stuck in a loop. When I click to finalize a listing it takes me to add a bank account. My bank account is added, and I am receiving payments through it for sold items. Customer service has told me try again in 24 hours probably 8 times now. Is there anything I can do?

What payment method are you using to pay for your seller fees? It might be worth it to update it or add another payment method; I know some users recently experienced problems with bulk listing that went away when adding a credit card as a backup payment method for seller fees.

It is being taken out of my payouts.

Is it possible that your default seller fee payment arrangement has changed, as it apparently has for others? If the fees are no longer being taken from your payouts as they should, that might trigger a request to add a bank account as a way to get you to specify a new fee payment method, particularly if past options like a PayPal balance are no longer available.

It is still from my bank account, I don't think that is an issue. For the past 2 weeks while I have been having this issue they have still payed me and taken out seller fees, up until today, but that is only because everything that I have had listed has been sold now.

I'm in the same boat. Been an ebay member forever, and seller for years and can't sell any for the past couple months now because of this. I've probably spoken to 20 support reps. Am actually on the phone with them now, but doubt they're even gonna be able to solve this.

This is truly pitiful. I find myself in the same boat--trying to start selling on eBay again. I've spent enough time on them--they've been this way for years, so I am told--so much money rolling in they no longer care about their sellers...it's sad. But this is how the bad of anything gets weeded out over time...so long, eBay!
