I have one listing which shows ZERO views but yet 1 Watcher? How is this possible?
I have followers and EVERYTIME I post something new I get views, since yesterday I am getting zero or low number of views. This seems to have started when I can now view the 'DATA' in detail when clicking on number of views in my listing. Is this being worked on as this obviously is either just incorrect data being shown on my end and I am getting views without my listing accurately showing as such or something else. It is killing my sales, which I normally make almost daily! Even promotional listings are being effected. Anyone else! HELP!

This is what it is. It explains on the screen too. IMO this is a very good update, as aggregate views really aren't a very useful stat to tell me whether an item is getting interest or not *right now*. Tells me a lot more. Now if I could get a "Days Listed On Site" that's readily available, I'd be very happy as far as that screen goes in the Seller stuff.

I know that eBay has instituted a new page view counting method, but it doesn’t explain my precipitous drop in sales during the last 4-6 weeks.. I’ve started listing parallel on another platform to try to remedy these plunging sales. In fact, a listing I’ve had for almost a week on eBay has 4 views, while the other site shows 59 views and 2 watchers (and I priced it $5 higher on the other site to take offers into consideration). I know there are others factors to take into account (including inflation pain and recession fears), but something is definitely off kilter with eBay at the moment..

No worries it's just ebay's semi annual (more like quarterly) way of taking something that works fine and mess with it, so it screws everything up. When the main problem is solved we seem to only get back to 90 or 95% of where we were with persistent glitches they never seem to fix, or useful features removed and useless ones instituted in their place.
Gets tiring year after year. Especially every time a few more sellers and a few more buyers are shed.
Why not just leave stuff alone for a year, if not, actually ask sellers what features would help make the site work better and provide a better buyer experience. Messages not working and invoicing not working are definitely one way to chase away both.

And I have had family members test it out and several family members clicked on several of my items for sale and it never showed a view! And still doesn’t! And these are real human beings not bots!
