In Purchase History: eBay repeatedly deletes my notes on a removed item.
A customer service rem and her Manager both refused to accept a bug report! They insist it's perfectly OK to repeatedly delete my order notes, even though they haven't refunded my money.
Is that messed up or what?
Can folks please confirm this is insane but standard behavior on removed items that have been purchased?
