Good morning,
When i click the sell button to start a new listings the following url appears-https://www.ebay.com/sl/sell?sr=wnstart&_trksid=p2481888.m570.l1528
The page that appears is not the regular sell page-it's the ebay list an item tuitorial page. The problem has been ongoing for the last two days. As you know you can't reach a live person for help.
Thanks to all for any help.

What browser are you using?
Have you tried another browser? If the link works in another browser, try clearing your original browser's cache and possibly deleting eBay cookies.
You can request a call back from eBay using the chat assistant, but I suspect that a customer service rep will not be able to help much with your issue beyond suggesting another browser.

Thank you, the tuitorial list an item page still appears, i am unable to create a listing. If i google the url that i provided the same tuitorial page opens up. Not sure how to get out of this problem, the online ebay help chat is useless. Thanks much for getting back to me.
