Be sure to mention your device model, operating system version and eBay app version. Make sure you have the latest version of the eBay app for your operating system.
In some cases, uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device and then reinstalling the latest version of the eBay app may help. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
Some app users, particularly those with many recent purchases, seem to have problems viewing purchases in the eBay app.
If your app is not displaying purchases, you may want to use a browser to view your purchase history.
