I cannot purchase from EBay. I’ve tried everything and when I come to the checkout page, my card # will not go through....says, “Cannot be processed and try a different payment method”. No issues with my bank, so it must be EBay. Furthermore, I cannot connect a paypal account either, because it says same thing.
