I would request to cancel that transaction ASAP.  Your seller is either clueless about what payment methods are allowed or they are a scammer.   The only payment methods eBay currently allows are:  paypal (bank transfers and CC), merchant account (outside CC processor that seller have to pay extra for),  or checks and MOs (select categories only).

The seller isn't doing that. PayPal is. Sellers don't have any control over what type of currency info PayPal attaches to a transaction, and there's absolutely no way for a seller to set up an eBay listing to accept bitcoin as payment through eBay's checkout page.

OP, you need to call PayPal.
