Why is Authenticity Guarantee not coming up on a 2,500 item?

Not a lot, test with the all different verbiage, not variance allows of AG to populate. Ebay people say "everything is working fine." Do you people not know when you have glaring technical issues?

What was the buyer's zip code? Are they using a PO box?

A cached page of the active listing shows that it did not display the AG information before it was sold, so this may not be the issue, but trying to check out everything.
