I have been offering a shipping promotion of buy 3 greeting cards and shipping is free for over 3 years. I have deleted the promotion, started over several times and nothing changes back. I sell more than greeting cards so I cannot do an account shipping preference, I have to use the promotion for this specific category. Starting last week, suddenly my customers are paying shipping and I have to refund them. Also, I am getting messages from customers that the system is charging them shipping when it says it is free when buying multiple items. I have called 3 times to customer service, only to find out now the customer has to wait until checkout. Review each item in checkout, and "CHOOSE" to pay regular shipping or the "FREE SHIPPING". I have customers that purchase 14 cards! When they look at their total in checkout they are changing their minds about purchasing. No way, will they now know to go under their shipping address and review and choose for each item. This is causing me to lose customers and respond to concerns that were not previously there.
