Why does ebay make site changes in Q4?

It seems my whole ebay account was just like rebooted or something...

I started getting a problem statement when searching on ebay. It would not search for an item, just told me there was a problem and kept the previous item I searched as the results. Happened in my seller hub also. Just now, I click back into my Seller Hub and it's acting like I do not have Seller Hub and I had to basically "get started" using it (again). Very odd things going on with the site today for sure.

So far today, I am almost 90% down in sales compared to the last two years and yesterday. Not sure what they are doing but why are they doing it in Q4?

I agree something is wonky today. I am not sure what is going on, however, I am down 93.9% today compared to the Tuesday after Cyber Monday last year (11/29/22). I am not having search or Seller Hub issues, though.

I did have to report a transaction issue on a multi-quantity buyer order this morning. The CSR I spoke with was able to see the issue on my account and confirmed it appeared to be a technical issue. No sales from the time I reported the issue until just a few minutes ago. Nearly 12 hours without a sale at this time of year. I cannot remember that ever happening in prior years during the Christmas shopping season.

It certainly is. I am generally a glass half full kind of person.  However my glass is looking a bit empty today.
