To the person who reads this forum, it's the only time I ever saw any evidence that someone was reading all our messages to e-bay. BECAUSE IN 11 YRS, NO ONE AND I MEAN NOT ONE, EVER HELPED ME. BUT, YOU WILL REMOVE MY MESSAGES TO OTHER EBAY SELLERS. RIGHT?
This rep named Judy, which you know if not her name spend 40 minutes, I mean 40 minutes looking up the shipping of a buyer who ripped me off for 24 dollars in shipping by lying, WHY NOT tell me in the first place that it didn't matter who and how much you got robbed, we don't give a dam. She was arguing with me about it you paid eight dollars for shipping, I do this all day long I think I should know what it cost. After 40 minutes of research, SHE SAID SORRY WE DON'T GIVE BACK ORIGINAL SHIPPING, I asked her why were you looking up all of the conversations between the buyer and I if you not going to help me. lol, I think its only a matter of time before its over, for this company, something bad will happen, it's called Karma, it just works this way, it's the law of the universe, there gonna get theres.

How does a buyer screw a seller on shipping ?

Once a shipping label is used and the bar code has been scanned the label can not be voided and the label cost can not be refunded. If you print the wrong type of label by mistake you can go to the shipping labels page and select to void that label. The refund can take up to 2 weeks to receive the refund.
