HI there....
I understand why there is a time limit on being able to leave feedback however I have been stopped from leaving feedback with the "This transaction is no longer eligible for Feedback" error.
The order was placed and paid on 2nd Dec for delivery on 11th Dec. The item did indeed arrive by the 11th (earlier actually). I went to leave feedback today 12th and cannot do so.
Why is this item affected like this?
Thanks

If the listing cannot be found and it is less than sixty days since the transaction, then eBay has removed the listing -- perhaps for a policy violation of some kind.
For removed listings, you will not be able to leave feedback.

No it hasn't. It's a very recent purchase. Less than 2 weeks old.
The seller is still on eBay.

Item is 362807929748.
Interestingly I cant look it up now anymore. Quite odd.
I can post a screen of the order too if that helps.

It makes sense but if the listing violated policy why isnt that the reason for not being able to leave feedback?
If the reason is indeed a listing violation and if I dont know this whats to stop me saving this seller as a favourite and keep buying from them further causing violations....

eBay never discusses individual policy violations for privacy reasons, so there is no way to know what if any policy violation occurred (if that is what it was -- I am speculating here, I do not have any specific knowledge about this situation, particularly since I never saw the listing).
There is no reason to think you did anything wrong by purchasing the item just because the listing was removed.
The seller apparently has other items listed, so if there was a policy violation the violation concerned that particular listing and not the others. In the case of repeated or serious violations, the seller would no longer be allowed to sell on eBay or might lose the entire account.
