I was working on it yesterday and today *poof* gone. I'm being asked to create a storefront when I already spent hours on the one I had. I would include a link, but it takes me back to the "create a storefront" page.
What did I do wrong? What can I do to remedy the situation?

OK sorry - getting a late start today and not fully there yet.
When you log in to the eBay Ambassador site, if your storefront is not there then something went wrong. Either there was a tech error on eBay's side or maybe your save didn't take.
Do you see help options direct through that website? If you do, that's a better place to report an issue like this.
In my experience, situations like the one you're describing generally mean starting from scratch. 🙁

Is Ambassador a third party application?
I can see your eBay storefront with banner and complete About page.

Hi wastingtime...that's my regular storefront. I am in the Ambassador program which offers a separate storefront. That's the one that disappeared.

Thanks for the help. Yeah -- I went through all that and when I click on the storefront link it takes me to "Create your storefront." I just don't have time to repeat hours of work from over the past few days. That's sad.
I didn't see how I could report something like that on the Ambassador site. That's how I ended up here.

Click the ? icon on the bottom right of most any eBay page. Click the link to file a tech report.
You could also try contacting eBay CS by sending a DM to one of eBay's social media accounts and asking if there are more eBay Ambassador resources or ways to report errors with the platform.

I can't log into my Ambassador account either. Called Ebay CS, 3 agents didn't even know what it was. 40 minutes passing me around, putting me on hold, I gave up and hung up. Still no answer. I promoted items in my youtube videos too. siiiigh.

I got my Ambassador reinstated. It turns out I had two Ambassador stores, which is not allowed.
The most frustrating thing is, the login error is cryptic. It doesn't really explain in plain english what the actual issue is.
The first 2 agents I talked to didn't even know what the Ambassador program was. It took the third Ebay agent a while to get me on the right path, but she was diligent. Lots of emails and discovery back and forth.
I had to write an email to a specific department requesting one of the stores to be closed down.
The thing is, I unknowingly opened the 2nd store, simply by logging in with those credentials.
