How are you? I am very sorry for sending email without any notice.
My name is Jae Ho Park from South Korea. I am a big fan and customer of ebay if you check my history. Recently I am very in trouble of my order and ebay system. I had ordered the product one month ago, and I know the product was the pre-sale. So I waited until the seller received the product from the ordering organization. But now I can't wait anymore. Another seller's product from pre-sale arrived me already. So I wanted my order, because the product is not started for the shipping yet. So I requested the cancelation of my order, however I have declined my cancelation for order. Once again, I ordered the case on Oct 14th, and after one month now, the case doesn"t still start the shipping yet. Another order from another seller already sent me and I got it. But this order isn't still even started for shipping. And I had sent several messages for checking the status of my order, however I haven't received any reply or any feedback or message for starting of shipping. How can I do now? Please let me know. I had used several years for ebay, but this is my first time. I am not sure whether I use ebay from now on or not. This is really disappointing. Please consider my situation. I look forward to ebay's reply as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
