Why can't you call or email ebay ?

Not good for the buyer......They can contact me but i can't contact them ? Something wrong with this picture..........How about a REAL contact number and email  address ?

Many issues do not require a phone call.

Or you can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page. Follow the prompts and you should eventually wind up on a page with a "Have us call you" option if you are in the US or Canada.
