Maybe because you don't have a store?
If you had a store the box over to the right "Seller information" (on desk top) would show "see other items" and "visit store". Looking at the first item that popped up in your listings, the "visit store" is not there. Checked a couple of your other listings, same thing, no indication of you having a store.
If you are asking why things are not selling or not getting viewed, that is the current market situation with a lot of seller's listings.
If you do have a store and something is going haywire, you need to contact eBay via one of the social media pages or through Help/Contact and get it sorted out.
