Why are people on my Blocked list messaging me ?

How do you stop people on your blocked list from messaging?  They are using the same name that's on the block list why is it not working?

If you replied to a message from them before you blocked them, they can still contact you, but not bid or buy. At this point, just delete the message without even opening it.

There are some exceptions, but did you also bock communications?
