Where have all my store categories gone

Looked at my store this morning and all my listings by category are gone. Confusion reigns.

It worn't broke so some one tried to fix it anyway.....Maybe...

Known issue seems to be affecting all stores.  Several threads on it on this forum and others....Yikes
