Edit button for flat postage rule option missing

There seems to be no edit button for the flat postage rule option on my Manage Postage Settings page (Tried both Firefox and Chrome browsers)

Any suggestions, please?

I would try clearing your browser cache, if this did not work I suggest trying Microsoft edge. I'm not fond of the browser, but you might have a better outcome.

Various edit buttons have been reported missing.  Sometimes clearing the cache or using a different browser works, but it is starting to look like it somehow may be linked to a version of Windows 10.

What OS are you using?

Did you try Edge as suggested, and did it work?

Tried clearing the cache and Microsoft browser but neither worked (Windows 7 pro)

Messaged customer support and they changed something in my account which solved the problem.

Thanks for updating us and glad you got it working. 

I use W7 Pro with Firefox and never had a problem.  So it sounds like just certain accounts have some sort of issue, or there would be a lot more reports of this problem.
