So since the eBay chat bot no longer sends you to a human. Is there an email I can contact someone by? I really HATE the concept of having to speak with someone on the phone. Especially since it seems like the people on the phone hardly speak English very well from my personal experiences.
Does anyone know why eBay the company prefers people to use their call center instead of having a more efficient text based system that has real humans?

There isn't one. Chat with reps on Facebook- they can actually do something (depending on your issue)
