Hi all don't understand what does this mean and how to fix it:

eBay does site maintenance on Thursday nights which can cause stuff to throw out errors. Are you still running into the problem today @thelightpainter?

If you're still seeing the problem ...

Do you use business policies and if yes, have you changed your payment policy from PayPal to Managed Payments? Are you using 'sell similar' from an old listing that used an old payments policy?
