Website issues (only shows " seller offers")

Hello.  Today I can't see my recently viewed or my watch list from my homepage.    I can only see my current offers from sellers only.  How do I get it back to normal?  Am I on some restriction?

If i click on "home" , then it works sometimes like normal.   If i click on the ebay logo, it goes to the "empty" page.

eBay had some issues with the main eBay page today. Some users were seeing a blank page, and at some point eBay apparently substituted the My Garage page instead, since that at least had some menu options that folks could use to reach other pages.

The main page seems to be loading correctly for me now. If you are still having issues viewing the main eBay page, try holding down the shift key and refreshing the page.
