Website Errors

Not really sure what is going on but I get a seller does not meet Ebay requirements when trying to use multiple listing tool.  Also will not let me add a tracking number to a shipped item.   This website seems to be having all sorts of issues lately.

This site continues to frustrate and disappoint.  I tried to send a message to a seller - a simple message - and received this from eBay.
