The background removal tool on the website has been changed as of today Thursday 8/24. Previously, if I was listing an item such as a hat, the background removal tool would leave shadows under the item which was fairly natural-looking result. As of tonight, the ability to frame an item is gone and the background removal is very harsh. All shadows are removed which makes for a very unnatural result. I hope this is just a glitch and you'll restore it to the way it was. I don't think I'll use the tool in its new form.
