pirateship accounts are free, and can link data to/from eBay sales.

ETA: I ship USPS doing individual labels (no bulk) so works out for me when needed

What happens when you try to print a label?

Any difference if you try another browser? Or if you try saving the label and printing using a PDF reader instead of your browser?

I am also unable to print shipping label. Was on the phone with eBay support when I tried and they said it must be on USPS side of things.

I had issues with it last night but after about 30 minutes or an hour, it started to work for me again. The issue I was having is after I clicked to purchase the labels, it would just load and load but never actually purchase. A few times it timed out and said unable to purchase and other times, I just got sick of waiting and refreshed to find no labels had been bought.
I was able to buy some more this morning about 3 hours ago but haven't tried since.

When I select download label or print label for a label I just purchased, the screen says:

We're experiencing technical issues.

Please try again later.

This happened to me this morning. I tried going back in via "Get another label" > "Reprint" with the same problem. Then I stumbled upon a workaround.

Here's the workaround:

1. If you don't have the eBay mobile app, download it and log in.

2. Go to Orders, click on the order you need the label for.

3. Click on Manage shipping at the bottom of the screen. That should bring up the image of the label you couldn't access on desktop.

4. If you're set up to print from your phone to your label printer, you're good to go.

OR

Save the label as a PDF to your phone, then transfer to your PC via USB or other means. Print your PDF.

Well it's safe to say it's a universal problem at this point because I couldn't understand what was going on. This is so disappointing.

Today marks the second day of being unable to download, view or print labels. BUT, these labels are ONLY for labels that I add Hazardous Materials (Class 9 Lithium Battery in my case).  If I run the label less the HazMat, which I do in order to fill the order, I am having no issues.

ARE WE GOING TO GET DINGED FOR LATE SHIPMENTS BECAUSE EBAY IS SCREWED UP?  I AM NOT ABLE TO GO TO POST OFFICE TO MAIL THEM OUT, I DO PICKUPS DAILY.  DOES EBAY EVER RESPOND IN THESE??
