Watchlist NOT working & eBay shipping labels to request carrier pickup

(and... eBurton, I've seen your responses to others who have had this question re: watchlist issues and, sorry, but your advice is has not provided a solution. The others have all said this as well). Need a solution or to wave the red flag here for eBay to see...  There are a lot of people posting this problem here on community boards (I could not respond to majority of them so not able to work together on this).

I use Firefox. I have cleared my cache and history. I used to be able to "hover" over the item in my watchlist and delete it. Now, nothing happens when I hover. If I click the box next to the item - or multiple items (as I used to be able to do) - I can't do anything. The delete box does nothing. It's dead. If I click on any of the other links (i.e. I want to...) they do nothing as well. I have numerous items I've been watching that have ended, sold or I no longer want on my list and I can't get rid of them. I'm reading that others are saying their watch lists are limiting the number of items they can watch - severely limiting the number... I can watch up to 200 items. As a buyer and a seller, I am concerned that buyers can't save an item to their watchlist now either or that they are limited in how many items they can watch. Not helpful in assisting sales...!

Please help eBay...

RE:  Carrier pick-up requests. This keeps happening about every other day. I print my label from eBay and then I sometimes choose to request a carrier pickup. I fill in the info and it processes but never completes. If I go to the USPS site directly I can  then schedule the pick-up. I contacted USPS and they suggested I clear my browser (I had already done this). They said to contact eBay...

Watchlist NOT working & eBay shipping labels to request carrier pickup

@luvclapton23

I use Firefox. I have cleared my cache and history.

What version of Firefox are you using? Is it the latest version for your operating system? Are you using any script blockers or do you have javascript disabled? If you have javascript enabled on ebay.com, do you have it disabled on other sites?

Most Firefox users seem to be able to delete items from the Watch List page.

I used to be able to "hover" over the item in my watchlist and delete it. Now, nothing happens when I hover.

Are you sure you are not thinking of the Summary page? The "delete item" link -- which is currently not working in any browser -- appears when I hover over an item on the Summary page, not the Watch List page. On the Watch List page, if you want to delete an item, you must check a box in front of the item row and then use the delete button at the top of the page. That row checkbox and delete button should also work on the Summary page.

https://www.ebay.com/myb/Summary

In addition to those two links, there is also the old "All Lists" page, which contains all the items on the Watch List and other custom lists such as the Wish list. Some users that have difficulty deleting some items using either the Watch List or Summary are usually able to delete them using the "All Lists" page:

It is also possible to delete an item from the item listing page itself, but there currently is a problem with the blue banner that normally appears at the top of the item listing that has the "Remove" link. You can make that banner appear by using the "Add to Watchlist" button even if the item is already on the Watch List, though.

If you have the eBay app, you can also delete items from your Watch List using your phone.

The symptoms you describe sound very much like the problems Internet Explorer 11 users are having with the Watch List page. It is possible that those issues might affect an older Firefox version as well.

Possibly your browser is blocking scripts, intentionally or unintentionally. If you are using any extensions or add-ons, you might try disabling them. If you have not already tried, try deleting eBay cookies.

It might be easier to first try another browser (or else a private browser window in your current browser) to see if those problems continue. If not, then you can investigate what exactly your original browser is doing that is different from others' browsers.

I'm reading that others are saying their watch lists are limiting the number of items they can watch - severely limiting the number... I can watch up to 200 items. As a buyer and a seller, I am concerned that buyers can't save an item to their watchlist now either or that they are limited in how many items they can watch.

You should be able to add up to 300 items to your Watch List, and up to 200 items to your other custom lists. If you can have up to fifty custom lists (I have not verified this, but another user claims that is the limit), that means you should be able to watch around 10,000 items. If you need to watch more than that, you may want to explore other options, such as creating another account.

Currently most ongoing user complaints about the Watch List revolve around problems deleting Watch List items (for which there are workarounds), or the inability to use custom lists with the eBay app (which eBay will have to address).
